Weekly Meetings
Sundays, 11:30 a.m.:
NEXT STEP GROUPS: These small groups are weekly adult Bible study classes that meet following the worship gathering starting at 11:30 a.m. See the “Bible Studies for All Ages” page for current offerings.
Tuesdays:
7:00-8:30 p.m.:
PRAYER TEAM: Participants gather each week in Classroom A (Main Hall level) at the church to share the concerns and needs of the church family and uplift them in intercessory prayer, led by Pastor Ruben Cabrera.
Thursdays, 7:00-8:30 p.m.:
6:30-8:30 p.m.
YOUTH GROUP: Our program for young people in grades 7-12 grades meets weekly on Tuesdays in the 3rd floor game/activity room. Students can use the side door from the parking lot and go directly upstairs. More information will be provided soon about the program and its upcoming activities. You may meet the leaders here. MEN’S BIBLE STUDY: This is a small group ministry of men who fellowship and study God’s word together each week, using Zoom.

Biweekly Meetings
2nd and 4th Sundays, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Young Women’s Bible Study: Mrs. Diane Cushing leads this small group for college and young career women. Please contact the church office at (978) 632-5097 for her contact information if you would like to join this group.
1st and 3rd Mondays, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.:
CHRISTIAN NEEDLE ARTS GROUP: This is a group of all skill levels, welcoming beginner to advanced practitioners of all the needle arts, to share our knowledge and to fellowship. Bring your ideas and patterns to share and discuss. Many different types and colors of yarn are available from donations, helping to keep costs down. We make personal items as well as items to give to local and national charities. The photo shows the variety of scarves, mittens and hats we donate to Operation Gratitude, a local school in Gardner, MA, and to local charities, such as CareNet (Fitchburg) and the Gardner Community Action Center (CAC).
2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 p.m.
BETHANY SANCTUARY CHOIR: The Bethany Sanctuary Choir meets twice monthly on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. during the school year in the sanctuary to prepare special music to present during the worship gathering and on other special occasions, especially during Lent and Advent, as well as special hymn sings and the annual MidSummer Fest. Contact the church office (978) 632-5097 for the choir directors’ contact information if you are a member of regular attender interested in joining the Bethany choir.
1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 p.m.:
COLLEGE & CAREER MINISTRY: This group meets every other week at Mr. Ben Blake’s home in Gardner, led by Mr. Brendon MacKay. Contact Mr. MacKay directly (617) 548-5359 for more information.
1st and 3rd Thursdays, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY: Mrs. Deborah Cabrera leads this group of women who fellowship and study God’s word together in the main floor lounge. Please contact the church office at (978) 632-5097 for her contact information if you would like to join this group.
1st and 3rd Fridays, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Every other Saturday (Call office for monthly schedule), 8:00-10:00 a.m.
MEN’S BIBLE STUDY: Bethany’s deacons (Al Bump, Randy Haimila, Mark Hebert) and Pastor Ruben lead this biweekly men’s Bible study in the Main Floor Lounge. Please contact the church office at (978) 632-5097 to talk to Pastor Ruben for more information on what they are currently studying.
