Thom & Ellen 2021

Thom and Ellen were formerly based in Cameroon, where Thom worked with the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Board as the advisor to the Technical Services Department and Ellen taught reading to children and adults. They returned to the U.S. in 2019 due to the ongoing civil war there that made their work too dangerous.

They now work with the Africa Impact Team led by John and Karen Ames that seeks to strengthen churches and assist with church planting initiatives across Africa. Tom leads seminars and is developing a website and curriculum on how to develop integrity and trust using Biblical principles in cultures that have not seen significant change in their churches in decades.
